When will I receive my order?

Orders typically ship out within 1-3 business days. We use USPS Priority Mail and USPS Ground Advantage Mail services. These offer a transit time of 1-4 days, pending on your location. Expect to receive your order in 2-7 business days from the time of purchase.

For custom orders, please allow 3 business days to receive your proof once your order is placed. You will receive an email with your proof in 2-3 business days and will need to reply to the email to approve the proof in order for us to begin processing and shipping your order. 

There may be additional processing delays of 1-2 days during the holiday season, however we do all we can to get orders shipped out as soon as possible. As a small business we greatly appreciate your patience!

What if my package is lost?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. This will be sent to the same email address used to place the order. If your tracking number shows delivered but you have not received it, please check your mailbox, apartment office, around your home and porch and inquire with neighbors. If you still cannot find your package, please email us at info@illuminidol.com and we will look into the issue. 

What if my candle is damaged in transit?

If you receive your package and any of the contents are damaged, please email us at info@illuminidol.com and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will reply with additional next steps - our goal is to replace the damaged item. 

What if my package is returned to your warehouse?

Occasionally packages are returned to our warehouse because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. In these cases we would be happy to reship the items out to an updated address. We just ask that you pay the additional shipping costs we will incur for doing so. Please email us at info@illuminidol.com with your full shipping address if your package was returned to our warehouse.  

Can I change my order after I place it?

Need to make a change to your order? In most cases we can add items or update your shipping address, as long as the package has not already been shipped out. Please email us at info@illuminidol.com with any changes you would like to make.
